My tears stain my flesh
as I say a prayer for you
I wish you all the best
I smile when I think of you

That when I needed a friend so bad

You were the best friend I could have
and It hurt to say good-bye
you made me laugh so many times
and a few times made me cry
I felt like i could talk to you
whenever I felt need
to simply cry in someone's arms
or strength to just believe
you were Jesus to me as
you constantly showed his love
I know he is proud of you
as he watches you from above
I know I may never see you
again on this world we live
but I am thankful for the time we had
and praise to God, I give
But go on with your life
And let your soul be formed
